Project Oxford is a proposed data-center campus on North Stedman Drive along Petersburg's Route 460 corridor.

Crimson Wave Development has submitted rezoning and Future Land Use Map amendment applications for the project. The proposal combines technology infrastructure and planned on-site power generation with site-specific measures addressing nearby residences, construction activity and environmental resources.
